I would suggest you to opt for SAP only after completing your graduation and if possible then may be after gaining some work experience.
SAP is a career oriented course which is module based, so even though is is short duration based, the curriculum demands a lot of concentration which can nt be compromised by pursuing along with a degree course, which too is of high importance.
As for the work experience part is concerned, many institutions prefer/ take it as a value add to one's profile as this helps to esily grasp the concepts trained in SAP which are mostly real world oriented.
