No engg college would have 100% placements dear. even IIT's face about 40-50% accepted placements due to disapproval by students for higher studies.
But itz gud if u achieve a seat in iit's or nit's
BITS-pilani, IIIT-Hyd, DElhi Univ, Jadavpur univ, anna univ, PEC Univ are best in placements !

In the year 2013-2014 there are 1061 placements only in B.tech and also more and more companies are coming here every week.
