In addition to a good percentile you need good 10th, 12th and undergrad scores. After that it is upto you and your preparation for interviews. Being a fresher or not does not make a difference. Extra curriculars will help during interview as good conversation points.

BIIB and BITM shall be a good choice for you, If you perform well in your GD Pi, You might get BIMM or bIMHRD as well, Colleges other than Balaji can be Indira or maybe Sianghad but I will suggest you to consider Balaji since this college is better than the others in terms of infrastructure, Faculty, Placements etc
