Just go for M.Sc. as only doing B.Sc. in IT is not enough as you will have to face a tough competition. It will be better if you try to do M.Sc. from abroad. You can have a very established career in education sector. But yes you need to make up your mind for traveling a long path.

you have cleared cuttoff marks?
if yes then you may get the college for mtech in your state since your marks is not that good to get admission in good college . in my opinion you have to take another chance prepare for one more try and try to score more than 50 and its easy to score if you prepare for it you can join a coaching institute they will guide you and provide study material. I recommende you to join made easy regular classroom program. it was best i also joined there.

It all depends on what you want to do with your degree. If you want to pursue a career as a management consultant or you want to pursue an entrepreneurial venture, then an MBA is the better option. An MBA degree gives you better career opportunities. On the other hand, if you want to use your degree to move up the ladder in a corporation, then the PGDM is a better option.
