The management quota is a set of seats in a college that are reserved for students who are willing to pay a higher fee than regular students. These seats are not filled through the merit list, but rather by the college management. 20-30% of total seats are under Management quota for direct admission in most private engineering colleges. You won't get admission in any top college if you haven't scored marks in the entrance exams. But through management quota,  you can get admission in a top engineering college or university.

Hey Umashankar,
You certainly have scored good marks in your board exams but your score in JEE is not satisfactory to get admission in IIT, NIT or government colleges. However you can apply for private colleges. You have good score in 12 based on which you may get a good scholarship offered by some private universities. You can check out these universities as they are having excellent placement records and good overall rankings. Some college suggestions -

The college environment is great and calm. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every essential need is taken care of and also excellent educational facilities are available. A full fledged library and three computer labs and a CAD CAM laboratory cater to our needs for simulations and designing. An Olympic size swimming pool, three football fields, three basket ball courts, three volleyball courts and two gymnasiums cater to our recreational needs. The campus has 24/7 WiFi connectivity in all the academic blocks and the hostels.
