Hello Poulami,
There are certain companies who give slight weightage to your past academic scores to shortlist you for the interview, while some other companies don't give much weightage to your past academic scores and are rather focused on other things like projects done, your management skills, your knowledge and your area of interest.
Also, the effect of your academic scores on your placements will be the same in every B-school.

No. I am sorry to say that your marks are low as per the standards. You could still try for JIIT Solan, although there is a very little chance. You should try to go for other entrance examinations.

You can apply for private colleges and even get scholarship based on your marks in board exams or in university's entrance exams. You have options like CGC, Thapar and Lovely Professional University.
