There are many rumours spreading regarding this. It is remain and you must do hardwork and don't worry if you have written the answer neat and clean with labelled diagram (wherever needed) then you will definitely get the marks. Now about the grace marks it will depend upon then it is not sure that they gave grace marks to all students or not.

It is little difficult to say which branches you can get at 110. Basically, it depends on cut-off marks of Manipal.
But I think you can get either ECE or Civil.

Can't say but, It will get you a seat in the branches of print and media, industrial production, but not on the day of the first round of counselling. You would need to apply for the waiting list, and in the 2nd or 3rd round of councelling you could get the above mentioned branches. You won't be able to get the branches of automobile engineering, electrical and electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, and branches like computer Science, electronics and communications, computer and communication, information technology are not to be considered.
