Since COMEDK exam is taken online so it's hard to get the previous year question papers. However, you can get some of the sample questions either online or some of the books published by the known publisher which are easily available in the market.

You can always go for the course in which you are interested. MBA, M.Com and PGDM are some of the courses that you can go for. But if you are interested in something like designing or say hotel management or event management courses, you can always go for that. It all depends on your area of interest. Always study in the area of your interest and build a career into it. That would increase your passion and also help you pursue the course easily.

A main campus is always better than an affiliated campus. SRM and VIT are no doubt one of the best private institutes in India. In my opinion SRM Chennai (main KTR campus) is better than VIT Bhopal. And with this rank, it would be easy for you to get in SRM.
All the best!
