HI Prashant, the pay scale can not be defined for any one profession. But the minimum pay scale in Nz is NZ$ 40,000 for any profession on an average.
AS far as part time job opportunities are concerned, if you have registration then you can take up clinical work else it will depend on you and the clinic where you are applying as to how much you are permitted to get involved directly.
I hope you are aware that you will need to apply for registration with Nz Dental council to study or to work in Nz before hand.

Amit, As you have not appeared for any entrance test except jee, admission taking process will be little tedious.
You will be getting admission only in private colleges, that too new ones.
Are you sure about Mechanical being your branch of choice, otherwise i can help you if its CSE/EEE/ECE/IT/Instru.
Let me know accordingly.
Even if its mechanical only, let me know, i will try in that case too.
