Hi Abhishek, here are some Universities for you that offer courses in Electronics and in interesting subjects related to it : TU Chemnitz, Darmstadt University of Technology, Uni Stuttgart, TU Dortmund.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplet

& after 9th grade ua needa do 10th dats compulsary.
