Hi Abhishek, Embedded systems is not a very common course to be found in Germany. Although you can look into Univ of Freiburg for Masters in Intelligent Embedded Microsystems.
You can also look at other subjects as you may not get many options for embedded systems in Germany. Either look for other subjects in Germany or look for embedded systems in other countries.

I woulod suggest MCA soon after BCA for simple reason that MBA can be done even later but once you have some time gap after BCA then you will not be able to do MCA. Get maximum technical education before you go for supporting degrees.
