Dear Abbu. After passing from NIOS you can take admission any where in india. But your reference, following universities of Kerala has recognized NIOS degree done anywhere in india.

u have magical band in ur hand thats 10+2 with science.I think doing btech not ensures fast job.they dont look at ur degree they look at ur work.computer engineering is worth rewarding in todays world.u can also become a commercial piolet if u have phy ,chem,and math in 10+2.its ur choice what u want.i will recommend to go for commercial piolet as basic pay is above 1 lac.further if u want to be an engineer.u should go for computer engineering,,

One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy.
As you wish to proceed with Ethical Hacking, you can pick P.C.M group with Computer Science. Another way can be to pick either of Arts and Commerce and the optional subject can be either Information Practices, Computer Applications or Mathematics.
The choice will depend on your individual interests, personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals. It will help to work with career guidance professional.
