The basic eligibility requirement for the diploma in automobile engineering is that the candidate must pass class 10. But a class 12 pass candidate is preferred over the previous one.

As per my search, in India there is no robotics at under graduate level, you need to opt for it at Master's level (M.Tech). Only mechanical, electrical, computer and electronics engineers are eligible for persuing M.tech in robotics.
