Hi, please forget the option of training from Pune in computer language. (You are B.tech and you have the added advantage. You should in-cashit )Now, lets think over it, can you make it in IIT Mumbai for M.Tech, Nothing could be better than that.
Your second best option is an MBA as it will give a versatility of Management and technical skills and will be very helpful too in shaping your career. But please focus on top B schools, you can make it through CAT easily.

Hi, No worries at all. You have quite decent options in hand. You can go for B.Com/BBA/BBM/Economics Hons.
If you are interested in becoming a CS, you should choose B.com only.
Choose BBA if you are interested in management.
But would it be possible for you to improvise your maths. I think that will help you a lot. Remember Commerce also requires mathematical skills.
