Hi, No, on the basis on Aiims rank you can get admsn in the same inst. no where else.on other hand NEET Enable you to have admission in all colleges for mbbs/bds in India for complete list plz have a look on cbseneet website.
for nursing college there is no need for neet score but its help you to boost your profile while applying.
