BMSCE is an awesome college. The hostel is up to the mark. There are no restrictions. The college has average food. There are very good professors. There is a diversity of courses for CSE. There are cool seniors who are mentors of sorts. The college has outstanding placements (a rupees 10 Lacs per annum average package for M.Tech CSE of 60 students. FB and Google do visit our campus). Student life is pretty cool as well since the premises are not that big as SRM campus, you get involved in all aspects of college and get in touch personally with a larger crowd.

Chemical engineering department is government aided there and has much better facilities. BMS has more recognition in US compared to RVCE.
2. Placements: If you want to get placed in a core company. Any of the three college- RVCE/ BMS/ MSRIT is good. Almost all the companies visit these three colleges. And there are companies who pay more to a student from BMS or

Career scope of plastic engineering is really very low. Plastic industries are automated nowadays and don't require skilled workers. The companies tend to hire cheaper employees like laborers and ITI passed students and not specifically from plastic.
