Well there are so many career options to pursue over there but the recommendable one's are -
CPA -Certified public accountant, for more info about that check web site of institute.
MBA- for admission in MBA you should prepare for GMAT and take english test but before that checkout for universities in Australia and contact their administrative personnel for information and any query of yours good luck.
Both the above mentioned options carries good value and better pay scale.

I would suggest you to pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) because it is equivalent to MBA and a wide range of career opportunities will be opened up for you. Companies from different sectors recruit pgdm students whereas SCM students will have limited career opportunities. Also, in PGDM you have a subject called "Operations and Supply Chain Management". So, you will be able to learn supply chain management in PGDM itself. So isn't it better to pursue PGDM instead of SCM?
I will suggest you to pursue PGDM course from Unitedworld School of business which is currently one of the best PGDM colleges in India.

All engineering branches are equally good. Job opportunities varies for different branches based on market conditions. ECE branch is relatively better placed in comparison to other branches as ECE graduates can be employed in Electronics industry, Telecom companies and IT/ITES companies. In addition ECE graduates also get jobs in all manufacturing companies as operations & maintenance engineer.
