The minimum eligibility marks in class 12th to get a college with JEE main and advanced marks (JOSAA counselling) you need to have at least 75% marks.
So, you are not eligible for JEE main 2018.
It is better to try for the colleges that admit based on both JEE main and board exam marks for admission.
Or else, you can go for a good university with your board exam scores and then do M.Tech in a reputed institution.
