It would be easier if you provide information regarding your score and also which specialisation would you prefer. To be honest both IES MCRC and MET are best colleges on their respective ways (still depends on your choice of specialisation). So as far as decision is concerned just go with which area of specialisation you would want to pursue further and then compare the colleges.
