Dear Abhi,First of all, don't worry about your percentage. Most of the government exam eligibility percentile is 50%. My suggestion is to go for professional courses like CA CS Fashion designing, Hotel management. These are career courses, so it doesn't affect your percentile progress.

Since the number of seats are very less for architecture and same are your marks, It'll be not possible to get into it. Although, I would suggest you to give MHTCET and other state exams (COMEDK) as there are lots of colleges of architecture in Mumbai and Karnataka. Also, you can try for big private universities. Best of luck.

This is told by one of my friends who is studying in NUALS. According to him, some of the teachers are exceptionally good while some are ok. It's a good bunch of teachers and the faculty is kind of mixed when it comes to quality.

Hi, you have got chances that you will get a seat in the first round but if you don't get it, do not lose hope, just attend all the counselling rounds.
If not first, in the second you'll surely get a seat.
Just make sure you attend all the counselling rounds and confirm your seat.
Check the NCHMCT site and the counselling dates so that you do not miss the counselling.

Still you have NITs and many other colleges which you can get. Recommendations be NIT Calicut, Kozhikode, BMS College of Engineering, RV College of Engineering, etc. All the best.

I'm a graduate of BIT (Noida extension center) for BAM (B.Sc Animation and Multimedia) Batch of 2009, and think I can give you some insight.

It's a glimpse into the insides, and nothing more. This does not mean that the course is bad. As far as foundation studies goes, it is quite strong and very methodical. But, majority of my batch-mates, (and future batches as well, as my faculty tells me) join these courses expecting them to be vocational, to get jobs the moment you
