Sorry, but I think with 70% you can't pursue honors in maths because DU's cut-off for Maths Honors is usually very high.

Yes Yash Desai, you can. Check common app portal to apply to universities in USA. I will also suggest you write to some universities before applying to them. Check all top 30 universities for their entry requirements and deadlines, you should start the process atleast 8 months before the intake. The sooner you apply better is the chance to get a scholarship too.

Hi,
In Malla Reddy Engineering College, they have 60 seats in B.Tech mining with minimum 45% marks in 12th class. They also give scholarships for students in reservation category.
