Yes, it is possible. First year is cool and hardly needs much study, second year needs some study but not too much but in 3rd and 4th year you need to be serious towards study. The fees structure vary from college to college depending upon whether the college is government or private. Fees structure for government colleges is less than private colleges. Fees per semester for B.Sc. Biotechnology course is around 40000 or more in private colleges and around 20000 in government colleges. So do check the fees structure before taking admission in any college either by visiting college's website online or by visiting the college.
