As I am not sure this year weather the fees is same or have been changed but it will be between 1,50,000 to 1,60,000.
Last year, the fees for first year of B.Tech in G.l Bajaj was 1,55,650.

Yes, you can make changes in your application form in DU but only till the last day of registration, after that you will not be able to make any changes in the form. The last day to make any changes in your application form for UG courses is 14th June 2019.
