I can tell from my experience - I did B.Com and then MCA. Only because I had Business Mathematics as a subject in my 2nd year, I was able to get admission for MCA. In our class, 60 candidates were admitted, out of which 6 were non-computer Science background students (from under graduation like B.Com B.Sc. Physics etc. ), and within the 1st semester 4 guys discontinued as they were not able to understand the basic concepts in Computer Science. Hello Bhumika Umaji Shinge, MHT CET is the exam that is conducted by the State Government of Maharashtra for deciding on the admissions of students in Engineering colleges across the state. College of Engineering at Pune which is a government institute also admits students based on the performance in this in terms examination.
