It's comparatively easy to get admission into BTIRT's B.E./B.Tech program, especially for students from Madhya Pradesh. In 2025 MP-Counselling, the closing ranks for general category students ranged between 7 Lacs and 14 Lacs in JEE Main ranks, and over 50% of engineering seats remained vacant in MP even after two rounds of counseling . So, most students with valid JEE Main scores and basic minimum marks can get admission easily.

Yes, you can get direct admission to Babulal Tarabai Institute of Research and Technology (BTIRT). The college offers only BTech, MBA MTech, and Diploma courses. Admission to diploma and MBA courses is not based on scores obtained in any entrance exams. Admission to BTech, and MTech courses at the college is mainly based on scores obtained in JEE Main/ MP BE, and GATE exams, respectively. No, you will not be eligible for the admission to Babulal Tarabai Institute of Research and Technology (BTIRT) B.E. / B.Tech course without JEE Main. Because BTIRT requires candidates to have a valid score in JEE Main for B.E./B.Tech programs.
