Yes, you can still enroll in a college through KCET if you flunked the Kannada language test but only for non-Kannada medium or non-Karnataka candidates.

Here's the simple part — the Kannada language test under KCET is only for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates (that is students who studied outside Karnataka yet claim Kannada origin). If you don't fit these categories, that test doesn't matter to you at all.

Eligibility for Commercial Pilot Training with 60% in Class 12th

 

Basic Educational Requirements

 

- To join commercial pilot training in India, you must have completed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized board.

For gen/OBC/ minority fees for first year is around 23-24 thousand. For second year, it is 23,300. 
For SC/ST/Blind- 4000 for first year and 3300 for second. 
Every year the college revised it tution fees. Check website before taking admission.
