Candidates will get admission in the college based on the TNEA allotement .You can apply through the official website. The engineering admissions in the state is done through Tamil nadu engineering admission process.

The application process of B.Tech /B.E for konganadu college of engineering and technology is through TNEA ( Tamil nadu engineering admission). The candidates will have to attend the exam and the admissions will be on thr basis of the allotement. For PG programmes candidates will have to appear for TANCET .

The cut off of TNEA ( Tamil nadu engineering admission) exam changes from year to year based on the difficulty and competition the of the exam. For instance the 2024 TNEA open category (OC) had a closing rank of 25255 for B.Tech mechanical engineering, For B.Tech chemical engineering the closing rank was 25846 in the first round, in the second round the closing ranks was 48267 and 48294 for B.Tech mechanical engineering and B.Tech chemical engineering respectively.
