Getting an admission into Rajadhani Institute usually depends on which branch you choose. For CS through KEAM, aim for atleast under 15,000 rank - it's the toughest amongst all. ECE needs around 25,000 rank, while Mechanical/Civil accept up to 40,000 .The Cutoffs usually does not change every year. Management quota requires you to score atleast 50% in PCM (45% for SC/ST). Seats are not much, especially for a course like CS, and fees are also higher compared to other courses. Apply early as these spots usually fills fast. For the most accurate cutoffs, check the college's official admission notice or call their office. Previous years' d

Getting into Rajadhani Institute is not much tough if you move forward with a blueprint in your mind. For CS course through KEAM, aim for under 15,000 rank - it's the most competitive branch. ECE needs around 25,000, while Mechanical/Civil usually accept up to 40,000 students. The management quota is easier marks-wise (50% PCM) but costs more and seats fill fast, especially for CS. Your best shot? Apply early, check last year's cutoffs (they're consistent), and have backups ready. With 60%+ in PCM and smart timing, you've got a good chance.

Yes, you can get direct admission through their management quota, but there is a catch. While most of the seats are filled through KEAM counseling, the college usually reserves a certain number of seats vacant for direct applicants. These seems to fill quickly though, especially for popular branches like Computer Science.

The process is quite simple, you'll need to contact the admissions office directly with your 12th marks (minimum 50% in PCM for general category). They'll check seat availability and walk you through the paperwork. Fees for management quota are slightly higher than government seats, but you skip the KEAM ranking proces

Yes, Admissions are currently ongoing for the 2024-25 academic year at Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology . The institute primarily gives admissions students through the KEAM counseling process for government quota seats, which typically runs through July and August. There's also a limited management quota for which you can apply directly by contacting the admissions office.

If you want a government seat, you'll need a score of atleast 50% in PCM during your 12th grade (45% for SC/ST candidates) and validate yourself through the KEAM ranking process. The management quota seats seems to fill up quickly, so it's better to r

Here's my take on scholarships at Rajadhani: Full 100% scholarships are rare as hen's teeth. Top KEAM scorers might get 25-50% off, and government schemes cover most fees for SC/ST/OBC students. The college offers smaller merit discounts too.

That "100% scholarship" you heard about?
Probably an education loan in disguise. Your best shot is combining multiple aids - try negotiating with admissions if you've got strong academics or financial need.

Bottom line? Don't bank on a free ride, but decent partial support is possible if you work the system right.

Yes, Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET) offers scholarships. RIET provides both institutional scholarships and scholarships under various government schemes. The amount of scholarships varies based on various criteria such as the category to which the student belongs, the financial condition of the student, scores obtained by the student in the entrance exam, or the previous qualification etc. You can check all details about the scholarship at: Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology, Trivandrum Scholarships: Eligibility & Amount.

Here's a review of Rajadhani's hostel mess: It's your typical college canteen fare - edible but forgettable. You'll get decent South Indian breakfasts (idli-dosa forever), passable North Indian lunches, and dinners that blur together after a while. Hygiene is okay, variety isn't. The real MVPs are the festival specials - the Onam sadya actually hits the spot. Pro tip: Budget for occasional street food runs when the monotony hits too hard. It's not great, not terrible - just standard engineering college fuel. You won't love it, but you'll survive it like generations before you.

The campus is decent—not ultra-modern, but it covers the basics well. You'll find functional labs  (especially for CS/ECE), a central library with solid textbook collections, and Wi-Fi  (though it can be spotty in hostels). Classrooms are average—no fancy smartboards, but projectors get the job done.

Hostels?  They're okay—clean but strict with timings. The canteen serves typical South Indian fare (expect idli-vada 24/7). Sports facilities exist (cricket/basketball), but don't expect a gym.

the biggest perk?  The makerspace lab  (for robotics/IoT projects)—it's surprisin

Oh, absolutely yes! Rajadhani Institute does have a placement cell that's pretty active and helps students in need from what I've heard. They manage to get some pretty decent companies like TCS and Wipro coming for campus recruitment every year. The CS and IT kids usually have the best shot at landing jobs, but other branches aren't completely left out either.

That said, don't just take the college's word for it - the placement scene can change from year to year.
Your best bet is to actually talk to recent graduates or current final year students. They'll give you the real scoop on which companies actually showed up, what kind of roles

The highest placement package offered by Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology for above average computer Science students is  between 12 to 15 Lakhs Per Annum; top recruiters include TCS and Amazon. Most CS/IT students obtain packages between 4 to 7 Lakhs Per Annum, although major branches like Mechanical and ECE average close to 3-5 LPA. The institute's active placement cell and industry-experienced faculty members help students access these opportunities. But if you take any year in between, these figures are bound to change; some batches get a few offers of like 15 Lakhs Per Annum which feels like a dream offer for

Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), Kerala, offers moderate placement support, with core and IT companies visiting the campus. Average salary packages range between ?2.5–3.5 LPA, with some students securing higher offers through off-campus drives. Companies like TCS, Infosys, IBS, UST Global, and startups regularly recruit from RIET. The college provides pre-placement training and soft skills development to enhance student employability. While not among the top-tier in terms of placements, students with strong academic records and technical skills manage to secure good opportunities. Internships and project-base

Rajadhani Institute's B.E./B.Tech programs stands out for their practical approach which is different from other college in this field, with many professors bringing real industry experience from companies like Infosys and Bosch. The college has a decent track record of placing CS and ECE students in firms like Amazon and TCS, thanks to faculty who actively guide students. You'll find some professional researchers too, like Dr. Desai in IoT department, giving mainly tech-focused students an edge over the competition. Compared to other private colleges, it offers reasonable fees for the quality. While CS and Mechanical streams shine the

Yes, you can get direct admission to B.E./B.Tech at Rajadhani Institute without the Lateral Entry Test (LET). LET is only for Diploma holders seeking entry into the second year directly. For fresh 12th pass students, admission is based on:

  1. KEAM scores  (main route) OR

  2. Merit seats  (via 12th marks if seats remain).

The cutoff depends on competition—CS/ECE is the toughest. Contact admissions for exact cutoffs; they update yearly. If you qualify through KEAM or have strong 12th marks (PCM), you've got a shot!
