I chose to do my B.Tech at CMR Engineering College mainly because of its strong focus on both academics and placements. The curriculum is up to date, and we get exposed to a lot of industry-relevant skills through workshops, coding challenges, and certification programs in AI, IoT, and cloud computing. The teaching here is quite good—faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, and we also get access to modern labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a digital library. What makes B.Tech at CMR stand out the most is the placement support. From the second year, they start training us in aptitude, coding, and interview skills. Big companies like Infosys, TCS, and Capgemini visit for recruitment, and some of my seniors even got packages above ?8 LPA. There are also great student clubs, fests, and tech events that make the overall experience really balanced.
