MAT score of more than 400 will be considered for GD/PI. Better to have a score of more than 550 to have a good chance Of cracking the admission process.

Have you checked any university for admission requirements firstplace? Almost all technical programs require GRE and also IELTS or TOEFL must be taken. Requirements vary with universities though.
