GMAT and IELTS are the bases for the admission. In case you try some low ranked university only then GMAT becomes optional. IELTS will still stay. For many programs universities accept gre also. You can try gre in case GMAT seems difficult

Possibilities are less. A CGPA of 8 and higher is preferred. You may take the GATE exams and apply or apply to countries less competitive than Germany.

Mostly all colleges in USA requires GMAT, TOEFL/IELTS and minimum work experience of 2-3 years.
In Australia, you just need to get 6.5 overall
Band score and work experience too to get admission.

N.D.A examination.
C.D.S examination.
SSC(Technical)
NCC Special Entry
You are not eligible to appear for N.D.A examination because to appear for this examination.The applicant's age should have a minimum 16.5 years and maximum 19 years at the time of appearing and the applicants must have passed the intermediate examination from a recognised School.This examination is conducted twice in a year by Union Public Service Commission.So,I think you are already crossed 19 years so you are not eligible to apply for this examination.

The major benefit you get from these countries is tuition fee, which is comparatively lower than other countries like UK, USA, etc. But, the major constraint is the language. Germany is a much better option as you are from mechanical background.

Hello, national universities are free. A minimal semester fee is charged. MS programs will most likely be in the range of Euro 15000 – 25,000 a year. Living expenses would be around Euro 8000 to 10000 a year.
