Hi Prateek,
It will mainly depend on the company in question. A candidate with a low but minimum required percentile but very good skills will be preferred. However a person with good grades but not faring well in the interview and poor IT skills won't be considered. You should work on developing both your skills and academics.

Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you with a platform to improve your ideas and provide a stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. Sorry dear but your chances for getting admission in a govt. college is impossible. You might get a private college but you have to pay large amount of donation. Better try next year.
Good luck!

Hi Anushrav,
You must report your scores to the university and submit your application to Stanford. Your homework and application preparation should also start before you have taken the SAT, to apply to one of the most selective universities in the world. It has the lowest acceptance rate of just 4.8% so prepare accordingly.
