Colleges/ Universities abroad do look at percentage of your degree but more than this, they are interested in knowing your whole approach to studies and life. There are many nuances. I would advise you to go to an agency dealing with sending students abroad for taking care of these nuances.

If BDS candidates want to study in any country then they have to get registered in that respective dental council of that country first, before opting for Masters. Alternatively, they can go for any non-clinical course and meanwhile carry on the registration process and then pursue Masters.

Yes, it's definitely proving to be best since a couple of years. 57 in 1000 ranks in JEE Advance is worth noting. Surely, Kotak Centre is the good one. If you really want to join Vidya Mandir then try avoiding other centers and go for Kotak Centre.

Yes, you can get BTech thorough Lateral Entry in CSE. Many colleges do offer lateral Entry and many colleges don't. Just research into which college you would like to go and get admitted and accordingly fill out their form. Some also conduct entrance exam and some colleges take direct admission.
