If we talk about future, the best option is in IT, as you can go for government and pvt sector jobs on the basis of the same. IT gives you a wide scope in the industry. Please note that after graduation also there is specific MBA (IT) also. For graduation, you can try for Amity university, Lovely Professional University etc.

You can try, since the required counselling dates for everyone is the same, but not everyone attends the counselling when their rank crosses 30k+ you can may be go to counselling center and ask them to if there is any extra fee or expense for late counselling since you missed it on 3rd. It will take time, but worth a try though.
