It totally depends on you, if you want to be a little managerial as well as a little technical then you can go for MBA, as doing MBA would provide you with a plethora of opportunities ahead. MBA would also in a general way provide you financial stability. So it totally depends on how you want your life.

You can appear for JEE after taking admission in first year of engineering. However, you are advised to check policy of college with respect to withdrawal from study after first year. Colleges put heft penalty to discourage students from doing it and also to avoid losing out revenue of seat for 3 years.
