Research sector, in particular, is quite lucrative. One may build a rewarding career in this field.
To thrive in this field, one must possess B.Sc as well as M.Sc degree. Average starting salary is generally between 2-5 LPA.

These are two completely different fields. One leads to management while the other places you in the technical field.
So, first, you have to decide between the two. B.Sc is a good option if you are planning to pursue a career in the scientific field or planning to do a Masters in science.
BBA is mostly opted by commerce students who have an inclination towards the management field. Scope for students opting for a BBA is high who can then go for an MBA and get employed as managers in the administration of firms.
Both have the option to join defence services through the CDS exam or civil services.

Yes, you can write CAT exam, but after that you will have to clear all your backlogs for being eligible to get admission into any college.

You will require 2 arena to focus. Doctors are professionals involved in directly or indirectly saving lives or improving lives.
1st arena is the academics. Keep your grades in school and in class 12th good. Appear for the medical entrance and secure a seat. Then, continue your studies at higher level.
