As every Individual is different, the opnion on this topic may vary from person to person. However, according to me more than a course it would be your own capabilities, your smart work and performance which will tak you to the higher position in any company.
As you already have an MBA degree in marketing which in itself is good enough to get a good growth in any sector. Reason being that Marketing is a huge sector which has its space in every industry, but enhancing your qualification is never a bad option. So, if you want to do a program in Export Import or Internation business you can look at some diploma program of one year.

As you have mentioned that you are interested in film direction, i would say that film direction is a very big term as most of the producers look for directors who have an experience of min. 5-6 yrs, so struggle is for sure there. The director is in complete charge of the studio or location floor and controls the film artistically. The Director interprets the scripts. In addition, also takes auditions and select cast members, conduct rehearsals, and direct the work of the cast and crew. Directors approves the scenery, costumes, choreography and music.He directs the actors and the camera team, decides how the film will be shot and how best to interpret the script for the camera and performs many more tasks. I would suggest you to join any good institution but along with that do an internship with a good production house in order to gain relevant experience.
