GRE is test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MS in engineering and related fields, now a days there are many universities which accepts GRE scores for admission in MBA as well.
GRE scores are accepted in universities of:
USA.
Canada.
Germany.
Singapore and many more countries.
Now a days there are many good coaching institutes which offers quality GRE coaching, so you can join some good coaching institutes.
As you are in second year only, so currently you should focus on your academics only, in your third year you can join some good institutes for preparation.

Ashvanth, "best" is a subjective term. Focus on what you will be doing after you get the degree and see what university or course can help you land that perfect job. There are at least 500 plu universities around the world that offer a degree in networking. It would be difficult to suggest a "best university" without understanding your profile and career goals first.

Mr. Answer for the first part of your query is "Yes". For second part I would like to go with MCA after BCA to evaluate doing BCA meaningful and purpose serving. MBA IT after B.TECH is ok but not after BCA .You may think about MBA IT after MCA if required for prospective career growth. Best wishes.

yes you can, but its always better to submit your latest scores i.e. December MAT
The payment should be made as per the following schedules:
