Ashvanth, every developed country has at least a few good universities! Hence, asking what is the best country may not serve you well. Instead, ask what kind of skills you will need to pursue the kind of career you want and then see which univ in the world prepares you for that skill set.

To Become Pilot and to do BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical is two Different Things. first to do BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical you must have Science with PCM in 10 + 2 . As Doing Aeronautical Engineering is Good if and only if you are Getting Some Government College Like IITs , NITs , PEC Chandigarh or Some State Government Engineering Colleges. as Job Oppurtunites in Aeronautical Sector is limited So Companies prefers Students Which have Done their BE/B/Tech From Government Colleges don't try to do Aeronautical engineering from some low Standard or even Average private colleges.

Krishna.I studied MBA in UK and my IELTS score is 7.0. English language tests like IELTS and TOEFL can be tackled effectively only by those who studied in English medium AND have the habit of speaking in English to friends during casual conversations. Given your background of studying in Assamese medium, I can only see the huge obstacles you may have to cross when preparing for IELTS. I don't mean to discourage you. A cow cannot run like a horse. You will find that what I have said is true when you start preparing for the IELTS test. But take it as a challenge and prove to a cynic like me that I am wrong. Best of luck.

Fees structure- I sem- Rs 235000 (including 10000 security, refundable at the end of the course) + Rs 5000 one time Alumni fee + Rs 2000 student well fare 1st yr total is Rs 242000 2nd sem- Rs 225000 + RS 2000 Student welfare Total fees is Rs. 469000.
We have GD for student on 19th Jan 2015 for admission.

An applicant should have a minimum of three-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 50% marks in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities / AICTE. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor's Degree can also apply, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 30th October 2011.
Selection Procedure
Applicants for PGDM program must have CAT/MAT/GMAT or ATMA or any other national level score to Apply. After applying shortlisting will be done on the basis of academics and CAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT score. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the GD/PI session.
Note:-
