It is very important that you stick to one field- B.COM will get you a career in Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc which is very different from what Software industry has to offer.
One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
M.COM, MBA Finance, LLB are the ideal options considering your background. However, to get into IT industry, I may suggest you to pick M.C.A. Go for regular study if have studied Maths in class XII.
Without Maths, you can opt the following ways-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.
Simultaneously, you can opt for industry relevant certifications which are designed basically to provide an extra edge to an individual by giving them an in-depth knowledge in a particular area of subject.

As per your query it seems that you are interested in pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
