Hi,
Firstly, to pursue PGDM, you need to complete graduation in any field. So, you must complete AMIE (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers) which is equivalent to an engineering degree. You may apply for post graduate level courses as per your interest.
Secondly, AMIE is recognized by both Central and State Governments, so after the completion of the course you can appear for jobs which are open for BE degree holders.
Further, you can appear for IAS or IES Exams, GATE, MBA degree for higher degrees (all these require minimum qualification of a UG Degree).
