To be eligible for Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) :
- Candidate needs to secure at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PH/ VH) (without rounding off) in Master's Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/ institutions recognized.
- Final year candidates can also apply.
- The PhD degree holders whose Master's level examination had been completed shall be eligible for a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (ie, from 55% to 50%) for appearing in Rajasthan SET
- Candidates are advised to appear in the subject of their post-graduation only. In case the subject of a candidate is not included in the list of SET subjects, the candidate may appear in UGC-NET / UGC-CSIR NET which is held twice a year.
If you fulfill the criteria mentioned above then you may sit for the exam.

Yes as per your profile you may surely pursue MBA in HR, it would not at all be difficult for you to manage MBA in HR after BBM in marketing.
