Dear monika,
a candidate having graduation in any stream can apply for this .last date is 21st sept. uppsc conduct regularly upper and lower sub.exam.post like sdm and dsp included in upper exam.the candidated selected through lower sub.later get promoted to upper sub services.there is lot of good post.
note that scheme of exam is different from pcs exam. in lower sub exam ,there will be one paper of gs in prelims and in mains there will be gs and hindi language paper.so it is one of easiest exam ,try for it if you are aiming for pcs. all the instruction related to filling form is given on website of uppsc.
