Yes, it is little difficult with the MBA studies itself being so rigorous. However, with proper planning and dedication you may combine both. Many students take up part time jobs on -campus as teaching assistant etc. which also helps them with their studies.

There is no difference between the two. Earlier it was ICWA and then changed to CMA. If you will do MBA, it requires two years. After B.Com, you can do MBA in finance.

You can check the admission requirements of the university you are applying to. Certain universities require applicants to mention the specialisation at the time of application. In this case, you must mention about VLSI. If not, there is no need to specify.

Dear Anjali, the part time MBA course is a 3-year course. The fees for the course is around Rs. 51000 (per annum). The college timings are generally from 6:30 to 9:30 on weekdays and entire day as per availability of faculty on weekends.
