I can understand that your very much interested in Arch now, but unfortunately, for doing masters in that is not possible as your from totally a different background,
Being BE Computer Science graduate you have so much of opportunity to enter for masters in your own area, according to me you can do masters in Telecommunication, Networking, Project Management , Information System and more,
