The basic qualification for all these examination is +2 with 50% marks but in IIT there is only 2 chance and it is with +2 and just after +2 others examination you take apply.

There is no percentage bar for IPS exam . Look for IPS the UPSC conduct Civil services Exam each year and in there Notifications they told that minimum education qualification will be only a degree from a govt or central recognized university . So plz dont take tension for percentage and start preparation for the Royal job and also visit www.upsc.gov.in for more information .:)

So, regarding this please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall in order to purse MS degree from universities in US, you need to have good academic record, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
