Preparing for MPSC requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2

As per your query it seems that you wish to purse undergraduate degree from universities in US or UK.
So for your reference find below the eligibility criteria and admission procedure for the same:
1)
US:
- 12th pass from recognized education board (preferably 70%-80% plus in 12th)
- High scores in SAT
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred SAT score of 1800 plus.
Preferred TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
Preferred IELTS score of 6.5 with no individual band below 6.

UK:

- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.

Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
Please remember application deadlines in UK and US universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,universities in UK and US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So it would be always advisable to take SAT and TOEFL or IELTS tests atleast 3-4 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.
