No, you cannot take admission in B.Sc on the basis of 10th marks.
To pursue B.Sc, you need to score a minimum of 50% marks in 12th with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from any recognized board. The admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. The cut off marks varies from year to year.

*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2
