As you have completed your ITI, so by lateral entry you can take admission in 2nd year Diploma course. It will take 2 years to complete your course. Your admission will be on merit base. In government institutions fee is much nominal INR. 4000 or INR. 5000 rupees/annum. In private, it varies around INR. 15000 to INR. 25000 per annum. Good luck.

And, I would like to tell you that it is one of the best college in NCR. Now, let me tell you about placement, almost all CS and IT branch student get placed in many companies like Infosys, Wipro, Paytm, Cognizent (Mass Recruiter) and many more.
