Dear Phani,
You seems confused between GRE/GMAT. Before opting to the college, first choose your area of study (after B.Com of course you will not go for engineering so GRE options is close for you as this is for Science and technology), now left is GMAT before choosing exam choose the country and college. And as per their criteria, go ahead. GMAT is just an entrance exam. Actual story starts afterwards. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can get admission to the BPT course. You may get direct admission. The university usually offers scholarship as you have studied there for one year atleast and you get to pay reduced fee. In the beginning, you can avail scholarship. First semester fee has to be paid. As you join the college, then you can apply for mail scholarship. Then, they can refund you portion of your fees.
Regards.

Hi,
Your chances are not too great, an upper level first class in graduation would have made your entry easier. However things also depend on the nature of your delay and overall profile including LOR, SOP, projects, extra-curriculars, etc. Please check with the universities directly. Look for PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate courses instead of Masters.
